These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, services, and
recruitment and staffing solutions offered by Global Hire International “Global Hire International”
“GHI”, “we”, “us”, or “ur”), including services provided to job seekers and candidates (“Candidates”
and to organisations seeking recruitment or staffing services (“Clients”).
By accessing our website, registering as a Candidate, or engaging us as a Client, you (“you” or “User”)
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our
website and services.

1. Definitions

(a)”Services” means recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, human resource consultancy,
overseas placement facilitation, and related advisory services provided by us.
(b) “Candidate” means any individual who registers with us, submits a CV or resume, or otherwise
seeks employment opportunities through us.
(c) “Client” means any Organisation or individual that engages us to source, screen, or place
Candidates.

applications operated by us.

2. Nature of Our Services

Global Hire International acts as a recruitment intermediary and facilitator connecting Candidates with
Clients, including in respect of overseas employment opportunities. We do not guarantee employment,
selection, visa approval, or any specific outcome. The final decision to offer, extend, or confirm
employment rests exclusively with the Client or employer, and the grant of a visa, work permit, or
emigration clearance rests exclusively with the relevant government or consular authority. Our role is
limited to facilitation, sourcing, screening, and administrative support, as described in the specific
service agreement applicable to you.

3. Eligibility and Registration

(a) To register as a Candidate, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in
the relevant jurisdiction.
(b) You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including genuine and
unaltered educational certificates, identity documents, and employment records. Submission of
forged, fraudulent, or misrepresented documents will result in immediate disqualification or
termination of services and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
(c) You are responsible for promptly updating your information if it changes at any time after
registration.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree to:
• cooperate with the screening, interview, background verification, and medical examination
process as required by the Client or by destination-country regulations;
• comply with all applicable visa, immigration, and emigration requirements, including those
under the Emigration Act, 1983 and the rules framed thereunder;
• not engage any sub-agent or unauthorised intermediary purporting to represent Global Hire
International;
• bear responsibility for the accuracy of information provided and for any consequence arising
from inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:
• provide accurate and lawful job specifications and terms of employment;
• comply with applicable labour, immigration, and employment laws in the jurisdiction of
employment;
• honour the terms of any employment offer extended to a Candidate through us;
• pay applicable service fees in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

6. Overseas Recruitment and Regulatory Compliance

Where our Services involve recruitment for employment outside India, we operate in accordance with
the Emigration Act, 1983, the Emigration Rules, 1983, and the directions issued by the Protector General
of Emigrants (PGE), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Global Hire International holds
Recruiting Agent (RA) registration bearing licence number [Insert RA licence number], issued by the
Office of the Protector General of Emigrants. We do not charge recruitment service fees in excess of the
limits prescribed under applicable law and do not engage unauthorised sub-agents. Candidates
emigrating for employment in Emigration Check Required (ECR) countries should note that emigration
clearance is granted solely at the discretion of the competent government authority, and Global Hire
International does not control or guarantee such clearance.

7. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation

(a) Fees for our Services, where applicable, are set out in the specific service agreement, offer
letter, or invoice issued to you, and may vary by role, destination, and scope of service.

(b) Except as required by applicable law or as expressly agreed in writing, fees already paid are
non-refundable once the corresponding stage of service — such as interview facilitation, visa
processing, or ticketing — has been completed.
(c) Where a Candidate is rejected by the Client after interview through no fault of the Candidate,
or where a visa application is declined due to an act or omission of the Client or employer, we will
assess refund eligibility for fees paid directly to us for that specific service, in accordance with the
applicable service agreement.
(d) No refund will be made where a Candidate voluntarily withdraws after visa stamping or after
travel arrangements have been confirmed, or where a Candidate is found medically unfit for the
role after undergoing the prescribed medical examination.
(e) Statutory, medical, visa, and third-party processing charges are, in all cases, non-refundable
once incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of
Global Hire International or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our website or
materials without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:
• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
• scrape, copy, or republish content from our website without authorisation;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

11. Disclaimers

(a) Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available”basis. While we take reasonable care
to verify information provided by Candidates and Clients, we do not warrant or guarantee the
accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing, candidate profile, or third-party
information.
(b) We do not guarantee successful placement, visa issuance, continued employment, or any
specific salary, benefit, or working condition, all of which are determined by the Client or
employer and by the relevant government authorities.
(c) We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website linked
from our website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Hire International shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, profit, or
opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or Services. Our aggregate
liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you
to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, save where such limitation is prohibited by
applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Hire International, its directors, employees, and agents
from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising
from your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation, or violation of applicable law.

14. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your registration or access to our Services at our discretion, including
where you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct we reasonably consider
fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to us or to other users. You may discontinue use of our Services at any
time by written notice to us.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay in, or failure to, perform our obligations resulting from causes
beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemic, government action, changes
in immigration policy, or disruption to travel or visa-processing systems.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Section

17. Dispute Resolution
